The public company AIxCrypto Holdings, which is traded on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker AIXC, has announced a large‑scale restructuring of its business. The organization plans to gradually phase out its strategy of accumulating digital assets and redirect the freed‑up resources to the development of commercial services in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. Instead of investing in cryptocurrencies and Web3 projects, the company is focusing on creating applied infrastructure: services for renting, sharing, and deploying robots for corporate and private clients who need to test new technologies without having to purchase expensive equipment.

A key event within the framework of the new strategy was receiving the first paid order via the RoboShare marketplace. This platform allows customers to rent robots and links the fleet of devices to specific user tasks. The first commercial order was completed on August 15 at an event in Malibu, where six robots of three different types were deployed. The client was a rapper and content creator from Los Angeles. This city was chosen as the starting point for testing demand, after which AIxC plans to bring the RoboShare service to the markets of ten more cities.

The RoboShare business model is built around the idea of lowering the barrier to entry: customers gain access to advanced robotics without large upfront costs. The company generates several sources of revenue, including rental payments, related implementation and maintenance services, as well as the sale of equipment after trial use or under a lease‑with‑option‑to‑buy model. For AIxC, this is an important test not only of market demand but also of operational stability, since in the physical world success depends on the reliable operation of devices at the client’s site and their suitability for specific tasks.

In the near term, AIxC’s management will focus on confirming stable demand in Los Angeles, expanding the range of available robots, and refining the operational model. For investors, this transition means a shift in focus from a crypto‑oriented economy to a tangible service business. The company’s success will now depend not on speculative sentiment in the digital asset market, but on confirmed customer transactions, operational metrics, and the ability to build a sustainable infrastructure around its new product in the field of commercial robotics.
