USER AGREEMENT FOR THE INTERNET PORTAL «THEUNUM.IO»

This User Agreement (hereinafter – the "Agreement") is a public offer (offer) in accordance with Article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus and regulates the relationship between Limited Liability Company "LV Tekhnolodzhi," UIN (Unified State Register Number) 193758286, represented by Director Dulsky Alexander Petrovich, acting on the basis of the Charter (hereinafter – "LV Tekhnolodzhi"), and an individual who has acceded to this Agreement (hereinafter – the "User") for the use of the internet resource https://theunum.io (hereinafter – the "Resource").

The offer is accepted at the moment the User accepts the terms of the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms or does not have the authority to accept the offer, they must cease using the Resource.

The offer may be revoked by "LV Tekhnolodzhi" at any time by publishing a notice on the Resource.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Personal Account – a personal section of the Resource, accessible after registration, for viewing and managing functionality.
1.2. User – an individual with legal capacity who uses the Resource.
1.3. User Account – the set of data provided during registration that allows the identification of the User.
1.4. Partner – a natural or legal person offering goods, services, or other assets through the Resource.
1.5. Resource Functionality – software tools for interacting with the Resource, including online services and interactive sections.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" grants the User a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Resource under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The User is granted the right to use the Resource worldwide.
2.3. Access is granted to all Internet users. Full functionality requires registration.

3. PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF RESOURCE USE

3.1. To use the full functionality, it is necessary to register with a mobile phone number and a confirmation code.
3.2. After registration, a Personal Account is created, where data on requests and activity is stored.
3.3. The functionality and structure of the Resource may be changed without notice.
3.4. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" has the right to restrict or terminate access in case of violation of the Agreement terms.
3.5. The User has the right to withdraw from the Agreement and cease using the Resource by sending a request to the company's contact details. The Personal Account will be deleted within 15 calendar days.

4. USER'S OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY

4.1. The User undertakes to: comply with the terms of the Agreement; use the Resource for its intended purpose; provide accurate and up-to-date data; ensure the security of access credentials; not use others' accounts; not infringe upon the rights of "LV Tekhnolodzhi" and third parties.
4.2. The User is responsible for: the use of the Resource; the accuracy of provided data; compensation for losses to "LV Tekhnolodzhi" in case of breach of terms; all actions performed from their account.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF "LV TEKHNOLODZHI"

5.1. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" manages the servers and structure of the Resource.
5.2. Access is provided 24/7, but the company is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties or Internet connection problems.
5.3. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" has the right to: modify the design and functionality; restrict access; involve third parties; send service information; establish fees for services.
5.4. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" is not liable for: damages arising from the inability to use the Resource; actions of the User or third parties; visits to external resources; errors caused by malware; force majeure circumstances.

6. REMUNERATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

6.1. Use of the Resource's functionality is free of charge.
6.2. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" may establish fees by publishing tariffs on the Resource.
6.3. Payment is made to the details of "LV Tekhnolodzhi," and the User bears all related commissions.

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.1. Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on the Resource at https://theunum.io/privacy.
7.2. The company ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
7.3. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" may involve third parties for data processing.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. The Agreement is drafted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
8.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in a competent court at the location of "LV Tekhnolodzhi."
8.3. For non-residents – in accordance with international treaties and the UN Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Agreement is publicly available on the Resource.
9.2. "LV Tekhnolodzhi" has the right to amend the Agreement without prior notice.
9.3. Continued use of the Resource signifies agreement with the changes.
9.4. Requests should be sent to info@theunum.io.
9.5. The Agreement is drafted in the Russian language.
9.6. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the others.
9.7. The Agreement applies to all updates and new versions of the Resource.
