Ethereum’s initial coin offering (ICO) member, which has not touched its funds for more than 10 years, recently became active. He transferred 10,000 coins (about $23 million) to a new address. According to Lookonchain, as of July 30, 2015, the investor had invested only $3,100 - now his assets have grown by about 7,465 times.

Such transfers are usually perceived by the market as a signal of potential sales. In March, other "sleeping" wallets also intensified: one transferred 100 ETH, the other sold more than 11,500 ETH. Since June 2025, major holders of Ethereum have increased their purchases and the number of wallets with a balance over 100 thousand ETH has risen from 54 to 57.

Despite the money flow, the activity of the network is breaking records. The number of active Ethereum addresses has reached an all-time high of around 587,000 (SMA 100).
