The main flow of capital is directed toward infrastructure solutions, projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence and blockchain, and financial platforms. Speculative and experimental tokens take a back seat. Market participants point out that uncertainty in the regulatory environment leads investors to prefer late-stage transactions or asset purchases, which also affects the financing structure.

The rebound in venture capital activity has replaced the long recession of 2022-2024, when investment fell to $12 billion and $9 billion, respectively.
