Anthropic has launched a new project — Claude Academy, a free educational platform with courses and other learning materials on working with AI. The materials on the platform are divided into 6 levels and are designed for users with different levels of expertise. Beginners will be able to get acquainted with the basic principles of how generative models work, while more experienced users will be able to explore advanced tools.
Separate sections are dedicated to Anthropic’s products: Claude ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Tag, and Claude Platform. Another area of focus is AI Fluency. It includes 3 courses dedicated to safe and mindful interaction with AI, the capabilities of generative models, and selecting appropriate tasks for their application. In total, Claude Academy offers about 20 educational cases. For more advanced users, there are materials on API, Claude Console, and MCP, as well as guides on integrating Anthropic products into their own services and creating AI agents.
For corporate clients, the company has prepared separate programs, including Claude Code in Action, Claude 101, and Introduction to Claude Cowork. Claude Academy is available in several languages. After registration, users can save their learning progress and return to courses they have already started. Access to the materials is provided free of charge.
Thanks to this format and the courses designed for different skill levels, Claude Academy can lower the entry barrier for users who are just starting to work with AI, and also help Anthropic introduce its products and tools to a wider audience. It was also previously reported that Google launched its own free course on vibe coding.
