BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. has received a contract worth up to $98.87 million from the US Department of Defense to support F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft components and systems, the Air Force Materiel Center (AFMC) announced.

The agreement covers engineering support to maintain avionics operability, as well as maintenance of intermediate-level automated test equipment (ILAT) components. The contract is awarded under an indefinite-delivery-quantity (IDIQ) agreement, allowing for flexible order placement within the established funding limit.

The contract is awarded on a sole-source basis. However, at the time of signing, specific funding has not yet been allocated. The contracting authority is the Air Force Materiel Center Supply Chain Management Unit (SCH) located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

All work will be performed at the company's manufacturing facility in San Diego, California. Completion of the obligations is scheduled for February 28, 2037.
