The Government of Belarus has officially introduced administrative procedures for registering cryptocurrency banks – a corresponding decree signed by Prime Minister Alexander Turchin.

The document introduces changes to the Uniform list of administrative procedures regarding economic entities, approved by the Resolution of Sovmin of 24 September 2021 548, adding to it regulations for the inclusion of cryptobanks in the register, adjustments and exclusions from it.

The new mechanisms implement the provisions of Decree 19 of January 16, 2026 "On cryptobanks and specific control issues in the sphere of digital signs (tokens)". The government stressed that the adoption of the resolution is aimed at developing the cryptosphere in the Republic of Belarus.
