Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the US returned to a net inflow of $119 million on Tuesday, despite a price drop, while ether funds marked their sixth session of outflows, totaling $408 million.
According to SoSoValue, Bitcoin ETFs registered a $119 million net inflow on Tuesday, marking a reversal from Monday's $90 million outflow. At the time of publication, Bitcoin was trading at $83,971, down 2.1% over the last 24 hours, after falling from above $86,600. CryptoQuant contributor MorenoDV noted that Bitcoin's recovery is facing increased profit-taking as the price traded at a significant premium to the $68,900 valuation calculated by active traders. Fresh demand is needed to absorb this supply to sustain the recovery.
Meanwhile, ether ETFs continued to show outflows, registering $202 million in outflows on Tuesday, significantly higher compared to about $51 million on Monday. The total outflows for the period increased to approximately $408 million. Other crypto ETFs also showed mixed flows on Tuesday. XRP ETFs attracted $3.1 million, while Solana (SOL) ETFs registered an outflow of $3.7 million. Zcash (ZEC) ETFs showed no net flows after outflows in the previous two trading sessions.
