Bitdeer’s artificial intelligence division, Bitdeer AI, has entered into a five‑year agreement with a client, covering about fifty percent of the capacity of the A102 facility in Malaysia even before it is connected to the power supply. The agreement was signed with an unnamed client with high credit quality. The company expects the deal to generate approximately four hundred million dollars in total revenue. Revenue and related expenses will begin to be recorded in the first quarter of 2027, when Bitdeer AI starts providing services. By the first quarter of 2028, the division plans to increase the capacity of data centers for cloud‑based artificial intelligence computing to 350 megawatts.

Bitdeer is among the Bitcoin miners that have entered the market of artificial intelligence infrastructure and high‑performance computing to diversify their sources of income. In August, the company signed a sixteen‑year lease agreement worth four and seven‑tenths billion dollars for 121 megawatts of AI computing capacity in Norway. Other Bitcoin miners that have entered the AI infrastructure market include MARA Holdings, TeraWulf, Hut 8, and IREN.

On Wednesday, Bitdeer shares rose by seven percent, and in pre‑market trading on Thursday they gained almost six percent. As of twelve hours and sixteen minutes UTC, the securities were trading at ten and two‑tenths of a dollar.
