Crypto exchange Bybit has announced the launch of the Bybit AI voice assistant, which combines trading, account management, and customer support in a single chat interface within the mobile app. Users can describe a task in plain language, and the assistant recognizes the intent and performs the corresponding action on behalf of the user, simplifying everyday operations without switching between menus and dashboards.
In its initial phase, Bybit AI covers spot, futures, and options trading, Bybit Earn, copy trading, trading bots, loans, P2P, the Bybit Card, Bybit Spot X, access to the Rewards Hub, and notification and subscription management. The assistant operates in two core modules: a universal assistant for all tasks and intelligent support that combines AI with professional support agents. The system is built with security as a priority: when the feature is activated, a dedicated AI sub-account is automatically created, isolated from the user's main balance, minimizing potential risks. Connection happens instantly with no API keys or manual configuration required.
Bybit co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou called the AI assistant a key component of the company's "New Financial Platform" development roadmap. "The idea is simple: you say what you want to do, and Bybit AI helps match the right products and services to get your task done. It's like having a team of financial experts right in your pocket," he explained. Bybit also unveiled a plan to unify its services through an open API that will connect trading, Bybit Earn, loans, the Bybit Card, and customer support into a single ecosystem. The company's CTO Rockman Zhang emphasized that the goal of development is not to add yet another dashboard or chatbot, but to help users find everything they need and take the right actions through a simple interface.
