CEO of Microsoft Satya Doodle introduced the concept of "token capital" - AI systems that accumulate corporate knowledge and experience of the organization in a program article about the future of business. In his view, companies of the AI era should develop not only human but also tangible capital by transforming work processes and professional solutions into agent systems that can constantly improve.
Nadilla emphasized that the success of a business will not depend on choosing the most powerful model, but on creating its own continuous learning environment, preserving corporate expertise regardless of the AI solutions used. He called such systems a new kind of intellectual property that can continuously accumulate value through employee interaction with AI.
The head of Microsoft paid particular attention to the risks of monopolization: according to him, the economy could not develop sustainably if several AI platforms would benefit from the knowledge of entire industries. Instead, Nadilla advocated the formation of a broad AI ecosystem where each company retains control over its own data and learning systems.
