Cryptocurrency Venice Token (VVV) reached a new all-time high as its price quickly surged to nearly $30. However, shortly after, the price pulled back slightly, and currently, VVV is trading around $25.60, which is 42% higher compared to the previous day's levels. The market capitalization of the token exceeded $1.2 billion, allowing it to rank 68th among the largest cryptocurrencies, surpassing well-known projects such as Pi Network (PI) and Arbitrum (ARB).
One of the main factors contributing to the rise of VVV was the recent announcement by the project team regarding the burning of tokens worth $391,000, marking the largest operation of sending tokens to a null address. The total supply of VVV is approximately 80.97 million coins, of which more than half are already in circulation. Analyst Crypto With Gopal noted that VVV demonstrated a strong bullish breakout after the price confidently surpassed the resistance level of $23. He pointed to a key resistance level around $29.20 and added: "Sustained growth above this level could pave the way for further increases."
However, some market observers, such as Crypto Patel, advise investors to consider taking profits at this stage, citing the risk of holding assets after significant gains. He noted: "If you are comfortable with higher risks, you can keep a small portion of your assets in hopes of further growth, but after a 1,600% increase, profit protection matters." The Relative Strength Index (RSI) also indicates that the price may soon decline, having settled above 80, which suggests that the asset is overvalued.
