Amr Taha, an analyst at the CryptoQuant platform, drew attention to a noticeable discrepancy in the behavior of participants in the cryptocurrency market. Over the past sixty days, wallets containing between 1,000 and 10,000 bitcoins have accumulated about 66,700 coins. This indicator has become the highest since mid-February of this year. At the same time, the owners of addresses with a balance of 100 to 1,000 bitcoins actively redistributed their assets, reducing their reserves by about 77,800 coins. Such dynamics clearly indicate a systematic flow of supply in favor of the largest and most financially stable players in the industry.

According to the expert, such a steady accumulation of assets by the largest wallets against the background of sales from smaller holders serves as a constructive signal for the market. Although on-chain metrics by themselves do not guarantee accurate forecasting of future price movements, they reflect fundamental shifts in ownership structure. If the current trend continues, the total volume of bitcoins available for immediate sale on exchanges may decrease significantly. Historically, practice shows that a decrease in the liquidity of the supply is traditionally considered a favorable factor for the subsequent increase in the value of the first cryptocurrency.

This asset redistribution process is fully consistent with broader market trends noted by other leading experts. In particular, the head of Galaxy Digital's research department, Alex Thorne, recently stated that the large-scale movement of bitcoins, which had remained motionless for a long time, was already close to its logical conclusion. This means that the phase of active hand-changing among long-term investors is coming to an end, which may contribute to the formation of a more stable and predictable market environment in the near future.
