The price of the Ether.fi (ETHFI) token rose by 13.68% on September 10, reaching $0.7032 after breaking above the range established over several months. During trading, the token reached a high of $0.7232, confirming increased buyer interest. The breakout also led to a sharp increase in volatility, with a price range between $0.6000 and $0.7232 for the session. Analyst Sebi clarified that to confirm this breakout, buyers need to hold it and form a higher low. If successfully held, the next important levels will be $0.6571, the upper Bollinger Band limit, and the Supertrend level around $0.6075.
The volatile rise of ETHFI has opened the way for a new price forecast. The current price significantly exceeds the low of $0.28, and the token has risen by approximately 150% from this mark. However, it remains below the levels recorded at the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. Key indicators support a bullish sentiment: the token is trading above the upper Bollinger Band at $0.6571, and the Chaikin Money Flow reached a value of 0.32, indicating that purchases exceed sales. Breaking out from the $0.6571 level is critically important; if the token can hold above $0.60, it will avoid returning to the previously observed range.
The development of Ether.fi and the growth of its popularity provide additional context for the current rise of ETHFI. According to Sebi, the protocol holds about $4.87 billion in total locked capital with an ETHFI market capitalization of around $677 million. Over the past month, the platform earned $13.66 million in fees and $3.46 million in revenue. It also attracted over 500,000 participants and demonstrated an annual transaction volume of $2 billion for its non-custodial crypto banking product. Despite this, the analyst reminds that increased protocol activity does not always lead to increased demand for tokens, as the 30-day revenue for holders is zero. Thus, to further strengthen its position, ETHFI must demonstrate resilience at new support levels.
