The Falcon Finance project is launching a regulated mechanism in El Salvador for issuing tokenized real assets, the first of which will be a forward contract for graphics processors to finance computing infrastructure. According to company representatives, the new model should combine financing for artificial intelligence capacity, asset tokenization, and blockchain collateralization. Financing for computing resources has become one of the fastest‑growing categories of asset‑backed lending, but most such transactions are conducted through private syndicates. Because of this, creditors who wish to exit a position before the financing term ends have very few options available. The new structure is designed to solve this problem thanks to the tokenization of the relevant asset and the possibility of its further trading on the open market.

The first issue is currently in the structuring stage and is a forward contract for graphics processors. The funds raised will be used to finance the supply of computing equipment. Demand for future computing capacity has already been secured by an anchor buyer — the NEAR AI project, which is also a technological partner of the initiative. Falcon Finance noted that the equipment has already been contracted, and its price has been fixed until October. Thus, the tokenized issuance will finance the supply of the equipment and create an asset for investors related to the future production of computing capacity. The model itself includes three key elements: a regulated issuance of a tokenized asset, open secondary trading on decentralized platforms, and the possibility of using the asset as an on‑chain collateral once sufficient liquidity has been established.

The issuance will be carried out through the company NOTA S.A.S. de C.V., licensed in accordance with El Salvador’s legislation on digital assets. Falcon Finance emphasized that it is precisely within this legal regime that the Tether Gold token is issued. The tokenized asset is planned to be made available for trading on open marketplaces, including the decentralized exchange Uniswap. Once the instrument demonstrates sufficient trading volume and liquidity, it is planned to be used as collateral for the issuance of the USDf stablecoin in the Falcon Finance ecosystem. The new product continues the project’s strategy of integrating traditional assets and infrastructure into the decentralized finance sector. Let us recall that in October 2025, the project integrated Tether Gold, which became available as collateral. Meanwhile, tokenization is reaching a new level: commodity companies are beginning to issue tokens backed by metals that have not even been mined yet, which demonstrates growing interest in innovative financial instruments.
