In Belarus, entrepreneurs can count on a wide range of government financial support tools, including preferential loans, guarantees, and digital services, according to Petr Arushanyants, CEO of the Belarusian Fund for Financial Support of Entrepreneurs.

According to him, access to financing remains a key factor in business development. At the same time, the banking sector is experiencing intense competition for clients, which is driving the emergence of more flexible and convenient lending terms.

Among the government tools, the "Regional Initiative" platform stands out, bringing together available financial products. Through it, entrepreneurs can not only receive advice but also apply for financing or inclusion in programs with preferential rates.

The Fund is also developing guarantee and surety mechanisms that allow businesses to attract borrowed funds even with insufficient collateral. These tools are particularly popular among small and medium-sized businesses.

In addition, digital solutions are being implemented: entrepreneurs can apply for a loan remotely, eliminating the need for paperwork. This format speeds up the receipt of funds and reduces the administrative burden, making government support more accessible.
