The lease agreement for specialized infrastructure has been concluded for a period of fifteen years. After the full transfer of the critical IT load, the facility will reach its planned financial performance. Galaxy Digital expects to generate eighty million dollars in quarterly rental revenue. Management notes the high stability of the business model against the background of declining market activity. The digital asset segment generated an adjusted gross profit of sixty-six million.
