Intel CEO to buy $12 million worth of company shares

Intel Corporation has officially announced plans by CEO Lip-Boo Tan to acquire shares in the company. The head and one of his family members will buy securities worth twelve million dollars. This purchase will take place as part of a public offering of ordinary shares at the public offering price. The relevant information appeared in a special addendum to the company's prospectus. The document was filed today in connection with the large-scale placement of Intel shares for twenty billion dollars. The company set the underwriting public offering price at ninety-five dollars per share. The total volume of this placement is more than two hundred ten million ordinary shares. Management provided the underwriters with a special thirty-day option to purchase additional shares. This option allows you to purchase almost thirty-two million additional securities at the offer price.

The total volume of the placement was significantly increased from the previously announced fifteen billion dollars. The final parameters of the transaction are fixed in the prospectus submitted to the regulatory authorities. The participation of the CEO and a member of his family in the acquisition of shares is reflected in the relevant addendum to the main document.
