Now, platform customers can receive an attestation token signed by Intel, which confirms that their tasks have been completed in the protected Intel TDX environment. The NEAR AI Cloud platform uses this technology to isolate AI tasks in protected virtual machines. The memory of such machines is fully encrypted and remains inaccessible to the host operating system, hypervisor, and infrastructure operator. The new integration adds an additional level of independent verification by Intel to the existing mechanisms. The Intel Trust Authority system verifies cryptographic signatures, compares the parameters of the protected environment with reference values, and applies the specified security policies. Based on the results of the verification, the service issues a signed JWT token confirming the result. The NEAR AI Cloud platform is designed for confidential processing of artificial intelligence requests and for the operation of autonomous AI agents.
