Robinhood ended the second quarter of 2026 with record cumulative revenue of $1.31 billion, demonstrating a significant structural shift in its transactional business. Revenues from the forecast markets totaled $156 million, increasing more than tenfold year-on-year and surpassing the performance of the cryptocurrency and stock segments for the first time. The volume of contracts concluded for events reached 13.6 billion units, while revenue from stock transactions amounted to 129 million dollars, and from cryptocurrencies – 100 million dollars. Overall, transaction revenue increased by 44 percent, accounting for 59 percent of total revenue, with options remaining the largest item at $342 million.

The company's cryptocurrency business has demonstrated a decrease in current operating performance, but it is accompanied by active strategic expansion. Revenue from this segment decreased by 38 percent to $100 million, while organic mobile app trading volume decreased by 35 percent, reaching $18 billion. Despite this, the total consolidated volume of crypto transactions amounted to $40 billion, more than half of which was secured by the recent acquisition of the Bitstamp platform. At the same time, Robinhood is scaling up its infrastructure: the purchase of the Canadian company WonderFi has been completed, the public mainnet Robinhood Chain has been launched, decentralized lending to Robinhood Earn has been implemented, and perpetual futures have been added for users in the European Union.

The financial stability of the report is partly due to one-time factors that provided a significant share of the final profit. The company's net profit reached $573 million with adjusted EBITDA of $741 million and a margin of 57 percent. At the same time, about 23 percent of the quarterly profit was generated through one-time investment operations, including the deconsolidation of Robinhood Ventures Fund I, which added $0.14 to diluted earnings per share. Additionally, the company strengthened its regulatory position by launching the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)-licensed exchange and the Rothera clearing platform in partnership with Susquehanna International Group.
