SpaceX has officially completed the acquisition of Anywhere, the developer of a popular artificial intelligence programming tool called Cursor. The deal was conducted in the form of a stock exchange and was valued at sixty billion dollars, making it the largest acquisition of a startup in history. According to Form 8-K filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, approximately three hundred and ninety-one million Class A SpaceX shares were issued as part of this historic transaction. After the announcement of the completion of the deal, SpaceX shares rose by one and a half percent, trading at one hundred and forty-three dollars and forty-five cents.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cursor shares were converted into three hundred eighty-nine million three hundred thousand SpaceX shares. The aerospace giant has also committed to additional limited equity units and options. Cursor will now operate as a fully-owned subsidiary within the new SpaceXAI division. This integration gives the Cursor team access to the SpaceX Colossus supercomputer, and the combined structure has already launched a beta version of the Grok Bot product. Analysts expect that the Cursor brand will eventually be replaced by the Grok name to create a unified ecosystem of products.

Wall Street is generally positive about this strategic merger. Investment bank Morgan Stanley has confirmed the base target price of SpaceX shares at three hundred dollars. The bank's analysts predict that the takeover of Cursor could bring the company up to thirteen billion dollars in additional revenue by 2017. The transaction was completed in accordance with the terms disclosed in the regulatory documents.
