Stellar lost levels of $0.19 and $0.18 – next target $0.15

Stellar (XLM) is trading at $0.1684, and the daily chart looks vulnerable. The price has fallen from the October closing high of $0.2370 and is at the lower boundary of recent weeks. Sellers maintain control, and trendline signals add pressure.
Signal for decline
The main warning is the 'death cross': this is the situation when the short-term moving average falls below the long-term one, often indicating further decline. On the XLM chart, the 50-day average has crossed the 100-day and is now moving towards the 200-day line around $0.19. Both crossings coincide, which is why the signal is called a double confirmation. All three lines are currently above the price, so each could become resistance in an attempt to rebound.
The problem is not only with the averages. In October, XLM lost the $0.19 and $0.18 zones without much resistance, and each recovery attempt ended at a lower level than the previous one. The last rebound stopped around $0.187 and quickly turned downward, indicating that buyers are not entering the market with strength.
Volumes and RSI
Volume confirms the same picture: activity on the decline is fading, meaning few buyers are rushing to buy the dip. Low volume during a decline can indicate market fatigue, but it can also suggest a lack of real demand capable of raising the price. RSI is around 40 – this is weak but not yet oversold, so there is room for further decline before a natural rebound.
There is another level of support. The $0.15 zone has already held the price: in August, XLM dropped to this mark, and buyers sharply raised the price, leading to a rally above $0.22. Now $0.15 is the next key level, roughly 11% below the current price.
What's next
If XLM breaks the recent low around $0.167, a move to $0.15 becomes likely. A strong reaction at this level could trigger a recovery. If $0.15 does not hold, the next target is the $0.14 zone, where the price traded in May.
For bulls, the primary task is to return above $0.18. Only a breakthrough above the 200-day average around $0.19 will cancel the bearish scenario. Until then, the technical picture remains bearish.
