An empty house in the village of Krupka, Pukhovichsky district, initially valued at only one basic value, set an absolute record on the Belarusian universal commodity exchange.

On a lot with a section of 25 hundreds, located three hundred meters from the M-5 route and just 45 kilometers from the capital, 21 applicants registered - such number of participants was not known by history. In a short period of competition, 13,014 price steps were made, and the total price soared from symbolic 45 rubles to 29,326.5 rubles, increasing by 651.7 times. The winner of the auction was a resident of Minsk.

Such high interest confirms the growing demand for real estate near Minsk, especially when it comes to large areas with good transport accessibility.
