The Flowra platform, specializing in infrastructure for validators and orderflow management on the Solana network, has announced a strategic partnership with compliance solutions provider Honeypot. This cooperation is aimed at integrating checks for sanctions risks and other potential threats directly into the block formation process. The new system will combine the analytical data of the Honeypot on compliance with regulatory requirements with the Flowra Programmable Block Policy protocol. This way, institutional validators will be able to independently establish rules that determine the permissibility of including specific transactions or their packages in blocks.

The technological solution will continuously monitor the addresses of crypto wallets associated with sub-sanctioned organizations, as well as analyze various network indicators. The system takes into account the use of virtual private networks, proxy services, and Tor network exit nodes to conceal the true origin of traffic. According to the developers, the introduction of such tools makes it possible to detect from 31 to 61 percent of traffic using anonymization tools. Each validator retains the right to independently determine its compliance policy and make informed decisions regarding filtering operations at the network level.

At the initial stage of implementation, the partners will focus their efforts on verifying sanctions risks and in-depth analysis of crypto wallets. The key objective of the project is to ensure full auditability of processes for regulated financial organizations seeking to comply with strict legal standards. This integration of the compliance infrastructure directly into the consensus layer is an important step towards the institutionalization of the Solana network. This reduces regulatory risks and increases the trust of traditional financial institutions in decentralized blockchain ecosystems.
