Uzbekistan will launch a large‑scale program called “AI Partner for Ten Thousand Enterprises,” under which companies will be compensated for 50 % of the costs of implementing artificial intelligence. It is planned to allocate at least 100 million dollars for the first stage of this initiative. This was announced by the country’s president, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in a statement about measures to integrate modern technologies into business processes. Enterprises will have the opportunity to recover half of the costs of implementing solutions based on neural networks.
Furthermore, when developing artificial intelligence models for new products, entrepreneurs will be given the opportunity to use the computing power of supercomputers for free. The costs of research and development work will also be covered from the state budget. Ready‑made AI‑based solutions for business are planned to be placed on a specialized open platform for broad access. The first supercomputer cluster has already been launched at the Digital Government Project Management Center, and its capacity is expected to be tripled next year.
According to the provided statistical data, 54 percent of entrepreneurs who have already implemented modern management methods and AI have seen a noticeable increase in demand for their products. Twenty‑five percent of companies have reduced their production costs, and 40 percent have seen their employees’ wages increase by more than 10 percent due to rising revenues. The successful experience is planned to be extended to the electrical engineering industry, the production of construction materials, and the food industry. Enterprises in these sectors will also be reimbursed for 50 percent of the costs of implementing automated management systems.
