Wormhole surged nearly 110% before losing about 60%

The cryptocurrency Wormhole has experienced high volatility over the past two weeks. Since October 9, the price of Wormhole has decreased by 8.21%. At the same time, the altcoin showed a growth of 109.78%, rising from $0.0151 to $0.0317 before dropping to the current price of $0.0138. Despite significant fluctuations, the cryptocurrency managed to maintain its bullish price structure. On higher time frames, a bearish trend has been observed for most of 2026. The last high in the decline was recorded in June at the $0.0138 level, which was broken in September. This breakout changed the structure to bullish, and since then, the price of Wormhole rose to a new high of $0.0317– a level at which the altcoin was last traded in January 2026.

The price increase associated with the trend change was secured at the $0.0129 level. However, the recent pullback has brought buyers closer to this level, and if the price closes below $0.0129, the structure may turn bearish again. Technical indicators on the daily chart look pessimistic: the OBV indicator showed a sharp decline after the last correction, and selling volumes increased significantly after reaching the high of $0.0317. The RSI indicator also points to a bearish direction, falling below the neutral level of 50.

According to liquidation maps, key zones for traders to watch are in the $0.0120–$0.0125 range. A price increase into the $0.0161–$0.0177 range may face challenges if there is not significant demand in the spot market to sustain impulsive movement. In conclusion, Wormhole has experienced significant fluctuations over the past two weeks, showing a growth of nearly 110% in three days and a decline of almost 60% over the following eleven days. The key levels to watch are the supply and demand zones in the $0.0161 and $0.0125 ranges.
