If you do not agree, please cease using the Website immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement enforceable under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where mandatory local consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide you with additional rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

an offer, solicitation, or invitation to engage in any investment strategy or trading activity;

All market data, rates, charts, and analytical content are provided purely for informational and educational purposes. reproduce, distribute, sell, sub-license, or commercially exploit any Content without express written permission;

The Company's advertising activities — including partner content, sponsored placements, and referral links — are conducted in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 on Media Regulation and the requirements of the UAE National Media Authority (NMA), as well as applicable advertising transparency standards in the jurisdictions from which the Website is accessed.

All sponsored, paid, or affiliate content on the Website is clearly identified as such by an appropriate label ("Advertisement", "Sponsored", "Paid Partnership", or equivalent). 4.1 Ownership

You may not: modify or create derivative works based on the Materials; reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute the Materials; publicly display or broadcast the Materials; or remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

4.3 Brand Identifiers

The name "UNUM", the UNUM logo, and all related designations are the intellectual property of Unum Innovations FZCO and are protected as unregistered trademarks under UAE law and applicable international norms.

The following uses are permitted without additional consent: reference to the Company's name for informational purposes; display of the UNUM logo provided it includes an active link to www.{{DOMAIN}}; use within the scope of a formally executed partnership agreement with the Company.

4.4 User-Generated Content

By submitting any content to the Website (including comments, feedback, or suggestions), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content. 5.1 Third-Party Websites

Third-party advertisers placing content on the Website must independently hold all licences required under UAE law and their own jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Where liability cannot be excluded, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed AED 500 (five hundred UAE Dirhams) or the equivalent in your local currency, whichever is lower.

9.4 Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, war, cyberattacks, natural disasters, pandemics, or internet infrastructure failures.

10. Indemnification

If your actions on the Website — including breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or posting of unlawful content — result in claims, lawsuits, or financial losses for the Company, you agree to reimburse the Company for all related costs, including legal fees and litigation expenses.

In practice, this means: if a third party brings a claim against Unum Innovations FZCO, its officers, employees, or partners in connection with your use of the Website, you are responsible for resolving that claim, both financially and legally.

The Company may conduct its own defence in such matters, choosing its strategy and legal representation at its discretion, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation — including information, documentation, and refraining from any action that would hinder the defence.

This provision does not apply where a claim arises solely from the Company's own fault, rather than from your actions.

11. Financial Instruments and Risk Warning

The Website displays information about financial instruments, including Forex, CFDs, stocks, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies. The following risk warnings apply to all users of the Website regardless of jurisdiction:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including federal UAE laws and the regulations of IFZA and Dubai Silicon Oasis. This choice of law applies to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

12.2 Amicable Resolution

Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice of the dispute.

12.3 Arbitration

Unresolved disputes will be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its then-current Arbitration Rules. Seat: Dubai, UAE. Language: English. The award is final and binding.

12.4 Courts of Dubai

Notwithstanding the arbitration clause, the Company may seek interim or urgent relief from the Dubai courts, including injunctions concerning intellectual property rights.

12.5 Mandatory Consumer Rights

If the law of your country of habitual residence grants you mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract, these Terms do not limit such rights. With respect to such mandatory rights, you may bring a claim before the competent authority or court of your habitual residence in accordance with applicable local law.

13. Geographic Restrictions

The Website is a global platform operated from the United Arab Emirates and is accessible worldwide. The Company makes no representation that all Content or partner services are appropriate, available, or lawful in every jurisdiction. Users access the Website from their own jurisdiction at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law.

Certain partner services featured on the Website (including financial broker services) may be unavailable or restricted in specific countries or for specific categories of users. In particular:

15.2 Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15.3 Waiver

Failure to exercise any right is not a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing signed by an authorised representative.

15.4 Assignment

15.5 Language and Priority

By using the Website, you consent to electronic communications from the Company, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services and equivalent applicable laws.
