1. Purpose of This Policy

This Advertising and Partnerships Policy ("Policy") explains how Unum Innovations FZCO ("Company", "we", "us", "our") works with commercial partners, how advertising and sponsored content is identified on www.{{DOMAIN}} ("Website"), and how we maintain editorial independence from our commercial relationships.

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use. It applies to all advertising, sponsored content, broker comparison tools, referral links, and commercial partnerships featured on the Website.

This Policy is issued in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 on Media Regulation, the UAE National Media Authority (NMA) Advertiser Permit framework, and applicable advertising transparency standards in the jurisdictions from which the Website is accessed.

2. Our Commercial Model

The Website is funded, in part, through commercial partnerships with companies whose products or services are featured on the Website, including financial brokers and other service providers. The Company receives remuneration from these partners in connection with such placements, which may take the form of:

7. Advertising Compliance

The Company's advertising activities are conducted in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023 on Media Regulation, the requirements of the UAE National Media Authority (NMA), including the Advertiser Permit framework mandatory from 1 February 2026, and applicable advertising transparency standards in the jurisdictions from which the Website is accessed.

Third-party advertisers and commercial partners placing content on the Website are required to independently hold all licences, permits, and authorisations required under UAE law and their own jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any advertising or sponsored content that does not comply with applicable law or this Policy.
