MSDK Labs, the developer of the AI-based solution Aegis Trace, and data processing technology provider InterSystems announced their partnership at the InterSystems UKI Data Summit in Birmingham. The goal is to help regulated organizations strengthen trust, transparency, and accountability in decision-making using AI.
The partnership combines Aegis Trace's decision tracking at the individual process level with the InterSystems IRIS data platform. By merging verifiable records of how decisions are made with reliable enterprise data and search capabilities, the companies will assist organizations in linking decisions to regulatory and organizational contexts, explaining outcomes, and responding more effectively to regulatory demands. Regulatory frameworks, such as the EU AI Act, increasingly focus on accountability, transparency, and oversight of AI systems. The initial focus of the partnership is on financial services. InterSystems has a long-standing presence in this sector, and Aegis Trace was recently selected to participate in the FCA AI Supercharged Sandbox.
