Arbitrum Token Lost 17.44% Over the Week

The Arbitrum (ARB) token lost 17.44% of its value over the week: the decline was more noticeable than the weekly dynamics of leading crypto assets and reflects short-term weakness. The altcoin sector may receive a boost if sentiment stabilizes. Bitcoin is entering a potentially volatile week due to a series of macroeconomic publications.
Local demand zone
On the daily chart, the movement structure remained bullish: the rise from $0.131 to $0.255 in September was the last bullish impulse on this timeframe, and the decline in recent weeks is a correction within this structure.
Technical indicators reflect buyers' difficulties. CMF is below −0.05, indicating aggressive capital outflow and seller pressure; the decline in A/D confirms the same picture. DMI does not show a strong trend: the ADX line is below 20, but −DI at 24 indicates a bearish bias.
The monthly liquidation chart highlights two local magnetic zones – $0.162 and $0.174. A denser liquidity cluster is located at $0.205, $0.212, and $0.218: these levels serve as targets for a swing in case of a bullish rebound.
What's next
In the coming days, Arbitrum bulls need to defend the local low of $0.162. A short-term drop to this level or below, followed by a return above $0.17, would be a good sign: buyers managed to enter and divert the price from the level. A drop below without any bullish reaction, on the contrary, would show that the long-term correction is not yet complete.
The long-term trend of Arbitrum remains bullish after the rise in August and September. Buyers need determination and capital to maintain support at $0.162.
