Binance announces delisting of several margin pairs and stablecoin USDP

The largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, announced the delisting of several margin trading pairs, as well as the Pax Dollar (USDP) stablecoin. The delisting date is scheduled for September 18, 2026, at 06:00 (UTC). As part of this procedure, five cross-margin pairs will be removed, including ENJ/USDC, GENIUS/USDC, CVX/USDC, GUN/USDC, and VANA/USDC. The GENIUS/USDC pair will also be disabled on isolated margin. It is important to note that starting from September 16, 2026, at 06:00 (UTC), borrowing operations for the GENIUS/USDC pair will be suspended.

On the day of delisting, September 18, Binance will close users' positions on the specified pairs, perform automatic settlement, and cancel all pending orders in full accordance with the exchange's operating procedures. Users are advised to close their positions in advance and/or transfer assets from margin accounts to spot accounts to avoid potential losses. Position changes may become impossible during the delisting process, which will last up to three hours, and this may lead to financial losses for users if they do not manage to take the necessary actions.

In addition to margin pairs, Binance also announced the cessation of trading for all spot pairs of USDP starting September 24, 2026, at 03:00 (UTC). From this moment, deposits of USDP tokens will not be credited to users' accounts, and withdrawals of these tokens will not be supported from November 24, 2026, at 03:00 (UTC). After November 25, delisted tokens will be able to be converted into other stablecoins, providing some degree of flexibility for users who choose to hold their assets. These steps are part of Binance's strategy to optimize and improve its trading offerings, particularly in margin trading and the assets available on the platform.
