Morgan Stanley continues to build up its position in Bitcoin: its MSBT fund is showing steady inflows amid growing demand from clients. Thanks to this, the bank is approaching a significant milestone — its Bitcoin assets have exceeded $609 million. According to Arkham Intelligence, the MSBT fund continues to attract funds steadily, despite the unstable market conditions.
Following consecutive purchases last week, on Friday the bank acquired approximately $3.8 million worth of BTC — this is the fourth consecutive day of inflows. Over the past 20 trading days, MSBT has recorded inflows of $62.2 million, and there has been no outflow for 11 consecutive days. This indicates that the Morgan Stanley fund is rapidly strengthening its position in the Bitcoin ecosystem amid steady demand from investors.
At the same time, BlackRock, maintaining its dominant position in the Bitcoin investment sector, showed a negative result in the last trading session of the Bitcoin ETF: on that same Friday, the outflow of funds amounted to about $19.2 million. This gave rise to speculation that Morgan Stanley continued to accumulate bitcoins, while major institutional players faced capital outflows.
