Open Standard запускает стейблкоин OUSD для бизнеса

Open Standard has announced the launch of the Open USD (OUSD) stablecoin, which is now available for companies and developers. OUSD is aimed at banking services, cross-border payments, settlements, and institutional trading. Users can issue and redeem tokens at a 1:1 rate to the US dollar without fees, making it a convenient tool for market participants. The integration of OUSD is facilitated through platforms like BVNK, Stripe, and the Visa Stablecoin Platform, enhancing the ease of use and accessibility of this tool for businesses. Support from Coinbase is expected to begin on October 1, 2026, which will expand user capabilities for working with OUSD. The stablecoin offers a variety of tools, including payments, trading, currency operations, as well as wallet and card functionalities, making it a versatile solution for various use cases.

OUSD operates on the Base, Ethereum, Solana, and Tempo networks, ensuring high availability and compatibility. Additionally, it will be available on centralized and decentralized exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken, and Uniswap, allowing users to freely exchange and trade the stablecoin. The issuer of the stablecoin is the Bridge platform, owned by Stripe, and the reserves of OUSD are held in major financial companies such as BlackRock, Lead Bank, and BNY. Open Standard plans to publish monthly reserve reports, ensuring transparency and trust in the asset.

The Open Standard initiative has attracted over 200 financial organizations, fintech companies, and banks, demonstrating strong interest and support from market participants. Partners can earn rewards based on the volume of OUSD and the activity provided by their platforms, making participation in the initiative both profitable and stimulating. Thus, the launch of OUSD not only adds a new asset to the market but also creates opportunities for the development of financial technologies and services based on it.
