Uniswap accounts for 47.2% of stablecoin trading volume on decentralized exchanges (DEX), strengthening its position in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector. Over the past 30 days, trading activity has generated over $161 billion in volume across 35 platforms, with Uniswap V4 and V3 capturing $76.2 billion. This figure, representing 47.2% of the total stablecoin volume, confirms a strong concentration of liquidity on Uniswap, reinforcing its dominance in both trading and token exchange functionality. Pancakeswap ranks second with a share of 8.7%. USD Coin (USDC) makes up 52.1% of the total asset volume, highlighting its importance as a liquidity source on decentralized markets. If growth rates continue to increase, this could lead to deeper stablecoin utilization and strengthen DeFi adoption on blockchains like Ethereum and Solana, which together account for nearly 50% of all activity on their networks.
Tokenized stocks on Aerodrome have surpassed the $2 billion trading volume mark. The increase in stablecoin trading volumes contributes to the growth of blockchain liquidity. Simultaneously, the growth of tokenized stock markets demonstrates how this liquidity can attract new forms of financial activity. Tokenized stocks of Coinbase have reached a total of $2 billion on the main DEX Aerodrome. Interestingly, the second billion was achieved in half the time it took to reach the first billion, indicating an acceleration in trading pace following Aerodrome's launch on August 24. This success also reflects Aerodrome's dominance, which gathered about $1.4 billion out of a total volume of $1.5 billion over 30 days. Aerodrome may attract additional liquidity and investors due to its increased market significance in tokenized stocks, significantly boosting trader interest. However, broader adoption will depend on sustainable demand and liquidity distribution across competing platforms as tokenized stock markets continue to expand.
BNB Chain leads the growth of tokenized stocks. While Aerodrome's $2 billion achievement highlights the growing demand for tokenized stocks, the increase in market capitalization shows where this expansion is accelerating. Over the past 24 hours, BNB Chain led with an increase of $43.6 million, followed by Avalanche with $29.7 million. Their combined growth indicates that the rise of tokenized stocks is concentrated in these ecosystems rather than evenly distributed. Meanwhile, X Layer added $5.6 million, Solana – $4.8 million, and Ethereum – $4.3 million, leaving them far behind. This gap may influence where issuers direct new tokenized products and where traders find liquidity. Sustained growth across more chains will expand access, while continued concentration may intensify competition for market share.
