Uniswap Launches Aggregator Hooks to Enhance Liquidity

Uniswap has expanded its trading infrastructure by launching Aggregator Hooks, which turn external liquidity sources into v4 pools. The feature is available in the Web App and API on Ethereum, Base, and Robinhood Chain, providing developers with additional flexibility when integrating liquidity into decentralized applications.

Initially, seven external platforms are connected, covering over 90% of DEX activity on these networks. Each hook wraps an external source into a Uniswap pool, and the router receives fresh quotes every 12 seconds, assembling the optimal route within a single transaction. Swaps through such pools pay a protocol fee, which is directed towards burning UNI.

Following the launch, UNI rebounded approximately 3% to $7.22 after falling from September highs above $10. The money flow index rose to 53.45, and the RSI to 44.67, indicating a weakening of seller pressure, although the indicator remains below the 50 threshold. Key support is maintained at the $7.00 level, and a breakout of the descending trend line is necessary to confirm a bullish scenario.

Simultaneously, a wallet associated with OTC deals deposited 180,000 UNI (about $1.25 million) on Binance, heightening concerns about potential selling pressure. However, the Spot Taker CVD indicator still points to aggressive buying dominance, and data does not confirm that the deposit was executed. Binance's liquidation map shows liquidity clusters in the $7.25–$7.30 and $6.85–$6.90 ranges, creating conditions for increased volatility as the token approaches its next directional move.
