Elvis Presley Songholders Sue Anthropic for Up to $41.1 Million
The holders of 274 Elvis Presley songs have filed a lawsuit against Anthropic, accusing the company of using lyrics to train Claude. The plaintiffs are seeking up to $150,000 for each work – totaling up to $41.1 million, as well as a ban on further use and destruction of copies. Anthropic disagrees with the claims.
