Stellar Blockchain Activates Bell Update in Testnet
The Bell update has been activated in the Stellar testnet, expanding smart contract capabilities and adding post-quantum signature verification. The new protocol also prepares the infrastructure for faster transaction processing. Validators are set to decide on the mainnet launch on November 23.
