Riot and Anthropic Sign $28 Billion Lease Agreement
Riot Platforms has entered into a 15-year lease agreement with Claude developer for data center infrastructure. The deal is valued at $28 billion. If Riot fails to secure suitable financing, Anthropic's costs may be offset through lease payments accruing at 12% per annum.
