The Claude system for financial consultants integrates with the asset storage platforms, client management systems, and other tools used by consultants. This allows the system to effectively utilize information to perform various tasks. During the execution of significant tasks, consultants remain in control – requiring their approval for critical operations. Additionally, there is a compliance feature that helps monitor client communications for potential violations. With the new skills, Claude can not only process data but also conduct compliance checks, document its activities, and assist in preparing for client meetings.
According to Anthropic, "When Claude handles administrative tasks such as meeting preparation, consultants can spend more time on client service." It is also worth noting that earlier in May, the company introduced 10 new AI agents specifically designed for the financial sector. These agents aim to automate the most time-consuming tasks in the industry, including creating presentation materials and conducting compliance checks. This also allows consultants to expand their client base and offer a wider range of services, such as tax, estate, insurance, and retirement planning.
