In the S-1 form filed with the SEC on October 26, 2026, Anthropic disclosed an option for Alphabet to purchase up to $10 billion in Class N shares at the IPO price. These shares carry no voting rights until sold to unaffiliated parties. The offering may potentially take place in November.
