Bybit AI Introduces Long-Term Memory Feature for Personalized Responses

Financial platform Bybit, with over 80 million users worldwide, has introduced new personalization features and long-term memory for the Bybit AI assistant integrated into the app. Launched in September 2026, the service combines the platform's key products into a single chat interface, and the update enhances its capabilities by retaining the context of previous interactions.

Bybit AI creates a personalized profile based on assets, open positions, financial behavior, and the user's risk appetite, allowing for the integration of capital management, market analysis, and trading within Bybit's unified ecosystem. The service development is focused on three areas.

Personalization: With the user's consent and within the permissions set by them, the assistant analyzes actual account data—financial behavior, risk profile, assets, and open positions. Product integration: Bybit AI combines the "Markets" and "Trading" sections, Bybit Earn, Bybit Card, and other platform products, considering the overall picture of assets and activity rather than data from a single product. Long-term memory: Users can inform the assistant about their preferences, and it retains this context to consider previous conversations in subsequent responses.

The update also includes a "Recommended" section—a set of personalized entry points for specific use scenarios. Each offers ready-made queries, such as for a capital management plan considering the user's assets and risk readiness; in response, the service generates a structured analysis with key data, clear conclusions, and recommended next steps.

Bybit AI supports operations on the user's main account and allows work through a separate Bybit AI sub-account. According to the company, special attention was paid to security during development: all responses are informational and not investment advice, and any operations through the chat are executed only after user confirmation. Bybit plans to further expand the service's capabilities as part of the development of the next generation of financial services.
