Strive

Strive, led by Matt Cole, has acquired 124 bitcoins for $10 million at an average price slightly above $80,500. The total supply has increased to 43,124 BTC. A week earlier, the company purchased 6,182 BTC for over $511 million.

Strive added 6,182 BTC, bringing its reserves to 43,000 bitcoins. Since the beginning of the year, the company has grown from approximately 12,800 BTC after merging with Semler Scientific. The purchases were financed through warrants worth $369 million and preferred shares of SATS worth $630 million.

Strive completed an IPO of 7 million perpetual Series A SATS preferred shares at $90 each, raising $630 million for its Bitcoin strategy.
