Liquid Federation confirmed that reserves are once again backed 1:1 by Bitcoin for all LBTC, nearly two months after a hack that depleted almost all of the network's reserves. The shortfall was covered by four deposits totaling 602.5 BTC, with the last being 250 BTC on November 2. Direct withdrawals through the federation are still limited.

In October, Binance's stablecoin reserves fell from $43.2 billion to $41.1 billion – approximately 5%. The net outflow since the beginning of the month amounted to about $2 billion, the largest since July, according to CryptoQuant. The exchange remains the leading custodian of stablecoins in the industry.
